Looks like a proper 815 with a riser cobbled onto it, to me.

Hmm, based on the ancient woofers and plywood grain typical of early Lansing, Altec theater horns, I'm thinking modded H110/A5, which has only just a little bit bigger horn than an 815, so not obvious without the buyer posting dims.
